COMPANY UPDATE
Two updates of note. First, we participated in the San Francisco Inclusion Summit hosted by ARVC and KOA to discuss the inclusion of minorities and other diverse groups in the outdoors. Gaylen Washington attended on behalf of TengoInternet – read more about the event here. Second, this month is the 17th anniversary of the first RV Park WiFi installation Tengo completed back in 2002. We’re still there!

INDUSTRY + CUSTOMER TRENDS
We are attending the Glamping Summit/USA in Aurora, Colorado later this month. We are already adjusting technology to support various forms of accommodations, but we’ll be in attendance to learn how the glamping trend is impacting the industry and how we can better serve. TEAM UPDATE
Welcome Karen Wong! We welcomed Karen to our leadership team in September as Senior Marketing Manager to help strengthen our brand, educate our employees, and build a better customer experience. Karen has prior experience as a marketing director and chief marketing officer in the managed services sector with education in technology and arts. Karen is married with two children. Also, we welcomed 3 new babies – congrats Kevin Lloyd, Eric Soon, Chris Tibbits on your new blessings!
SOLUTION UPDATE
