Improved Processes
To better serve you, we are in a year-long initiative to update all of our customer processes using a 360 framework – we will be implementing our new welcome process next month and our improved customer success management process in March. Thanks for helping us serve you better!
SOLUTION UPDATE
Mutiple Device Plans
As many customers know, we implemented a family plan in 2019 to support guests with multiple devices. Based on both yours and guests’ feedback we have made some tweaks to the login page and created a multiple device panel to make it easier to navigate.
Verkada Cameras

TEAM UPDATE
Deployment
The reserve unit of one of our technicians is being deployed to Afghanistan so he is being activated and departing Tengo. As a military friendly contractor, we are proud to send our best. Godspeed Albert and come home soon!
