I hope this update found you well, refreshed physically, and patriotically from Memorial Day.

We had much success in May as a company! To ensure your needs as a customer are met; We’re training three new network technicians. Tengo has begun a service delivery and project management audit to make sure we are delivering on our promises and your expectations. Additionally, we achieved our largest Ruckus deployment to-date and resolved a Ruckus firmware bug impacting some of our customers.

In my personal life, I am proud my son, Ericson, graduated from pre-school and will be attending Kindergarten in the Fall (see the happy graduate on his last day below).

“WiFi State of the Industry”: As you know, we began surveying various state association members and are working with leading franchisors to craft industry standards for Wifi Networks. Additionally, we are working with several key propers to ensure our WiFi solution scoring represents industry insights and customer demands. Our next cohort of survey results will be in the July CEO Connect, and the industry report will be in August.
