Network Offline Troubleshooting

If TengoInternet’s Monitoring System indicates that the WiFi network at your property is currently offline and therefore, not servicing your guests, please follow the steps below.  Start by confirming power and power cycling the internet modem, router, and controller.  Doing so often restores service and avoids delays.

INTERNET MODEM

To power cycle, turn the power off or unplug for 2 minutes, and then turn power on or plug in again

ROUTER

To power cycle, turn the power off or unplug for 2 minutes, and then turn power on or plug in again

CONTROLLER

To power cycle, turn the power off or unplug for 2 minutes, and then turn power on or plug in again
