TengoInternet to acquire NomadISP from Linora

Outdoor hospitality industry’s leading WiFi services provider will acquire NomadISP’s 300+ RV resort customers and enter into a strategic alliance to resell LinOra’s BlueMesh rugged WiFi equipment

Acquisition combines TengoInternet’s leading network services and customer base with LinOra’s leading BlueMesh WiFi hardware capabilities to better serve the outdoor hospitality market

AUSTIN, TX and BOISE, ID – December 2, 2009 – TengoInternet, Inc., the oldest and largest Wi-Fi services provider for the outdoor hospitality industry, today announced it has acquired the NomadISP outdoor hospitality WiFi network assets of LinOra, Inc. Simultaneously, TengoInternet will enter into a strategic alliance to resell LinOra’s BlueMesh rugged WiFi hardware product lines.

For TengoInternet, the acquisition adds NomadISP’s customer portfolio and BlueMesh’s technology capabilities to TengoInternet’s leading WiFi network services and customer base. The combination will deliver enhanced network assurance services, guest amenities and content to the outdoor hospitality industry.

Under terms of the agreement, TengoInternet, Inc. will acquire and serve NomadISP’s over 300 campground customers, expanding TengoInternet’s network to nearly 1,000 campgrounds in 48 states, Canada and Mexico. TengoInternet will serve hundreds of thousands additional guests, and further its goal of building an industry-wide WiFi network.

“This agreement allows both companies to focus on our strengths and do what we love,” said Eric Stumberg, founder and CEO of TengoInternet. “LinOra is the leader in rugged wireless technology systems, and we are the leader in providing wireless networks to customers in the outdoor hospitality market. The NomadISP network and LinOra’s BlueMesh product platform will advance our customer service, network technology and industry goals.”

“In order to better channel our resources and focus on attracting and servicing new implementers of BlueMesh solutions in other industries, it made sense to find a worthy company who could properly inherit and serve the NomadISP WiFi Customer base,” said Kelly Hogan, founder and CEO of LinOra and their NomadISP business. “TengoInternet was the obvious choice.”

The two companies' lines of business are highly complementary with little operational overlap. TengoInternet has developed a joint-task team of TengoInternet and NomadISP employees who will successfully transition customers to TengoInternet over the next six months with no interruption of service.
