TengoInternet Offers WiFi Seminar for Certified Park Operator Program (CPO) Credit

The seminar – “Using WiFi to enhance guest satisfaction, occupancy and the campground experience”—will be offered at industry events and through online “webinars”.

The course covers key satisfaction drivers of WiFi, how owners can use wireless networks to enhance the guest experience and ways to use WiFi to improve business operations. Eligible participants will be awarded Certified Park Operator (CPO) credit upon completion of the seminar from ARVC. The next scheduled seminar will be held on June 25, 2009.

Main seminar topics include:

     - Ways to improve the guest WiFi experience

     - Liability considerations related to consumer actions while using WiFi

     - Using WiFi to improve business operations including POS devices, guest feedback systems, merchant applications and video surveillance
